How long will my order take to make?
At WM Gift & Co, our products are lovingly handcrafted, which means they require time to create.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made excluding shipping or pick up.Depending on the quantity of your order, it may be sent out sooner or closer to the 3-week mark.
To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend placing your order with plenty of time to spare.
Please note that WM Gift & Co is not responsible for any shipping delays. Kindly understand that we will not provide regular updates while your order is still within the 3-week production timeframe. Thank you for your understanding and support.
For those in need of a rush order, we offer an "Order Priority Fee" that can be added to your cart. This $25 fee ensures that your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days, receiving priority handling over other orders. We suggest choosing Express Shipping or Local Pick Up to pair with this option for the quickest delivery. To streamline the process, we have included a Priority Order/Express Shipping option at checkout; if you select this, there is no need to add the Order Priority Fee to your cart separately.
PICK-UP
You can opt to collect your order from our studio in Narre Warren, 3805. If you choose this option, an email will be sent to you with the address once your order is available for collection. You will need to talk to us to arrange a suitable time and date for the collection of your order. Please double check your email is correct when selecting this option
POSTAGE
WM Gift & Co ships orders Australia wide & International
All of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed, before postage, during non-peak periods. If there is a delay in sourcing products or if an alternative product needs to be used, you will be contacted.
Once your order has been shipped, WM Gift & Co cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please note that WM Gift & Co cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.
Shipping includes careful packaging of delicate items, CouriersPlease/Auspost delivery. Prices are determined by the weight and packaging requirements of your order, in line with Sendle/Couriers Please/Auspost estimations.
Please note that all packages will be left in a safe place determined by the driver, if no note has been added by you for delivery instructions.
Once your order has been shipped, WM Gift & CO cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Courier
If you encounter any issues with the service provided by Sendle/Couriers Please/Auspost, including non-delivery of a parcel or if any part of your order is damaged during transit, you can contact them directly.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email (PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER). You can use this number to lodge an enquiry with the courier to locate your missing parcel.
If any item in your parcel was damaged during postage and you would like to submit a claim for compensation, we recommend doing so within a 48-hour period after receiving your order. Please also notify us of the claim so that we can contact you with any communication AUSPOST/SENDLE provides us regarding your order. We can be contacted via email at info@wmgiftnco.com. Kindly include photographs of the damaged item in its original packaging and details of your claim with AUSPOST.
