To use discount codes, please ensure they are entered at checkout as our system cannot manually adjust prices post-order.

While we take care in our shipping and packaging processes to ensure items are sent safely, we are not liable for any damage incurred during transit or while opening the package. WM Gift & Co does not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits for such circumstances.

Lost parcels should be addressed directly with the courier company as WM Gift & Co will not be held responsible for them.

It is important to note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. WM Gift & Co does not guarantee receipt of returned items without proper tracking.
