Where are you located? and where do you ship?

Located in Melbourne, Australia, we operate as an online store and do not have a physical showroom. However, if you prefer to pick up your order, arrangements can be made from Cranbourne West 3977. The specific address will be provided once your order is processed and prepared for collection.

We also ship within Australia and worldwide. 

How long will my order take to make?

At WM Gift & Co, our products are lovingly handcrafted, which means they require time to create.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made excluding shipping or pick up.Depending on the quantity of your order, it may be sent out sooner or closer to the 3-week mark. Please message us on Instagram @wmgiftnco if your order is needed within the 3 weeks mark, we may be able to squeeze you in without charging extra for a rush order. This is will depend on our availability and current work load. Please order as early as possible to avoid paying a rush order fee.

To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend placing your order with plenty of time to spare.

Please note that WM Gift & Co is not responsible for any shipping delays.Kindly understand that we will not provide regular updates while your order is still within the 3-week production timeframe.

For those in need of a rush order, we offer an "Order Priority Fee" that can be added to your cart. This $25 fee ensures that your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days, receiving priority handling over other orders. We suggest choosing Express Shipping or Local Pick Up to pair with this option for the quickest delivery. To streamline the process, we have included a Priority Order/Express Shipping option at checkout; if you select this, there is no need to add the Order Priority Fee to your cart separately.

We also offer a Ready to ship/ Pick up collection for those after items that can be shipped or picked up within 2-3 business days.

REGIONAL CITIES & WESTERN AUS: Please note standard shipping may take up to 7-10 business days  

We use Sendle for standard shipping and Australia Post for express shipping. Please use their online delivery estimator to know when your order will be delivered after our turnaround time. 

I have not received an order confirmation email?

Please make sure when you checked out you provided an email, no confirmation will be sent to phone numbers. If an email was definitely provided, please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes the confirmation email ends up there. If it is not in your junk/spam folder; please email us at wmgiftnco@gmail.com, with your full name and what you have ordered and we will double check for you if your order has gone through. 

I am after a custom order, what is the process?

Please email - wmgiftnco@gmail.com For a quick response and quote, please attach a inspiration picture of what you are after, how many required, when you need it by and any specific changes you would like to make.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that sometimes events do not go ahead or change however as supplies are purchased according to order we are not able to cancel your order. In some cases, we may be able to change your order if we have not yet started. Please get in touch via our "Contact Us" page to discuss. 

I would like my personalised products posted on your socials after my event, how can I do this? 

Please make sure to leave a note of this in check out notes and we will publish it after your event has passed. 

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do? 

Here at WM Gift & Co, we do our best to package your order in the best way possible to ensure it arrives safe and sound. However once it leaves our care and gets handed over to the postal company, how it gets handled in transit and delivered is not up to us. We are not liable for any damage that has occurred in transit. 

Are your Chocolates and Confectionary Halal? 

Yes, our chocolates and confectionary are 100% Halal.
